Bellator Fighting Championships lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez will know his next opponent on May 14.MMAjunkie.com has learned that's the date that Bellator brass has determined that season-four lightweight tourney finalists Michael Chandler and Patricky "Pitbull" Freire will square off for the opportunity to face Alvarez.
While the fight has not yet been officially announced, it's expected to take place at Bellator 44, which is scheduled for Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, N.J.
