A light heavyweight matchup between former 205-pound champion Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante and rising prospect Ovince St. Preux has been targeted for a July Strikeforce event that is expected to mark the promotion's pay-per-view debut with Dan Henderson vs. Fedor Emelianenko.
