UFC running "Hometown Throwdown" contest, fans can vote to bring UFC event to their hometown

Zuffa is once again allowing fans to vote to bring a major MMA event to their city with the "Hometown Throwdown" contest, sponsored by Harley Davidson. Right now, fans can enter their email and zip code in order to make their city a finalist, and then fans will vote for those cities in order to bring a UFC event to their town. The "Hometown Throwdown" was used last year to bring a WEC event to Phoenix, Ariz., an event that ended up being the final event for that organization before being absorbed by the UFC.
